Recording and maintaining financial transactions such as invoices, expenses, payments and receipts. Manage to validate the incoming invoices from vendors and get the approval from the key person. Validation of Intercompany invoice & surcharge according to the TP guideline. Monitoring DPO and ensuring timely payment by liaising with SSC to arrange the order to payment process. Compliance and Documentation: Ensuring compliance with financial regulations, internal policies and procedures. Maintaining proper documentation of financial records, invoices and supporting documents. Administrative support: Providing general administrative support, such as filing documents, managing correspondence, etc. Fixed Assets Register, physical check and custody. Coordinate with tax consultant, tax authorities, PEB & PIB documentations. Validation of Tax Invoice of each invoice transactions; WHT & VAT invoice verification and handling all the invoice issues incl. maintain DGT form needed from overseas vendors. Preparing monthly GL Equalization on WHT paid and reported. Preparing monthly VAT Reconciliation & Equalization including VAT Overseas. Facilitate Year End Audit process. Assisting in the implementation and improvement of financial systems, tools and processes. Identifying opportunities for process automation and efficiency enhancements. Requirements Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting. Min. 5 years excellent and experienced Finance, Accounting and Taxation. Passed Brevet A & B. English - Professional Proficiency. ERP - SAP. eFaktur & eSPT. IFRS & Financial Knowledge. Knowledge of Operations. Proficiency in using spreadsheets and office productivity tools (e.g., Excel, Word, Power Point, etc).
